Longtime Omaha architect Charlie Wilscam “didn't just build buildings, he built into the lives of men and women,” his daughter said.
Wilscam, founder of what is now RDG Planning & Design, died June 14 at Brookestone Meadows Rehabilitation & Care Center, a building his firm designed, said daughter Valerie Bosselman of Omaha. Wilscam was 85 and had leukemia.
