It's Terence “Bud” Crawford Day in Omaha.
On Tuesday afternoon, the Omaha City Council recognized the Omaha boxer for the Saturday win in Scotland that made him the World Boxing Organization's lightweight champion. Crawford is the first Omahan -- and the first Nebraskan -- to win a major boxing title in a century.
