Benson cooking students can whip up tasty feasts for hundreds of guests

Cooking classes have long been a staple of high schools, conjuring images of 1950s-era home-ec classes taught to budding homemakers.
But the Entertainment With Foods class at Omaha Benson High School is, in the immortal words of chef Emeril Lagasse, kicking it up a notch.
