Monday’s warm weather isn’t here to stay.
Lincoln broke its 1989 record when it hit 77 degrees Monday afternoon and Omaha was just a few degrees behind. The temperatures were well above the normal upper-40s for this time of year, said Van DeWald, lead meteorologist at the National Weather Service office in Valley.
