Attorney in prominent drunken-driving cases gets probation, fine for his 2nd DUI

An Omaha attorney known for handling drunken-driving cases for prominent clients was sentenced Wednesday to 24 months of probation for his second DUI.
Randy Paragas, 52, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and no contest to obstruction of justice, both misdemeanors, in Washington County Court.
