Thieves traded a tow chain for an ATM early Wednesday during a break-in at the Douglas County Treasurer’s Office near 50th and G Streets.
Police officers were called to the building at 4202 S. 50th St. shortly after 3 a.m. to investigate an alarm. They found that a plate-glass window on the west side of the building had been smashed.
