Around and about: Show raises support for gardens

Record-breaking crowds, magnificent antiques, original watercolors, entertainment and educational lectures highlighted the recent 10th anniversary of the Lauritzen Gardens Antique and Garden Show.
Mary Seina and Cindy Bay were honorary chairwomen for the event, which ran from Sept. 26 through 29. General chairwomen were Kyle Robino and Jan Vrana. The show, which drew more than 5,000 people, raised more than $500,000.
