Cash-strapped Pioneer Village can keep tax exemption, Nebraska Supreme Court rules
Situated on the northeast corner of U.S 6 and Nebraska Highway 10, Harold Warp Pioneer Village used to be on one of the main thoroughfares in the country, but after Interstate 80 was built, most of the traffic driving across Nebraska occurs 13 miles north of the town.

LINCOLN — The gift horse may have jumped the gun, but it has already delivered a cart full of pledges to the financially struggling Pioneer Village.
Before the museum in Minden, Neb., has had a chance to launch a planned fundraising campaign in 2014, more than $250,000 has been pledged.
