After seeing altercation, police chief arrests man

WEST UNION (AP) — An eastern Iowa police chief says he arrested a felon wielding a gun after seen an altercation outside his home.

West Union Police Chief Brent Parker said he saw 49-year-old Doug Bunn holding a shotgun during the argument with another man Wednesday. Parker ran out and took Bunn into custody.
