An Omahan had two loaded handguns, a bullet proof vest and several fake police ID badges when he tried to force a man out of a car Tuesday, Douglas County prosecutors said.
Jim Gilot, 28, was charged Friday with making terroristic threats in connection with an incident in the parking lot of Home Depot on North 72nd Street.
