The 11th annual Vibes at Village Pointe, a free Saturday concert series, kicks off May 31 at the Alegent Creighton Amphitheatre at 168th Street and West Dodge Road. The series features live performances from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturdays and runs through Aug. 23.

An additional Vibes concert on Friday, June 6, featuring local band the Confidentials, will coincide with the first night of the Village Pointe Wine Festival.

“Many of the bands in this year’s lineup are crowd favorites who have played our Vibes series for several years,” said Kim Jones, Village Pointe’s marketing director.

Outdoor seating is available, but visitors are welcome to bring portable chairs.
