Bluestone Development is making progress on what will become the Spaces Apartments, just off of I-480 in Midtown. The project, with 154 apartments, is designed to appeal to Millennials with a pool, basketball court, gym, vintage arcade games and bicycle storage lockers.

I drive by this site every evening after I pick up my kids from day care downtown and we jump on 480. It's been interesting to watch how they leveled out a sharply sloping site. These photos are taken from the north side of the project along Dewey Avenue. You can see how the corner has been raised several feet.

Here's the story Paige Yowell wrote in June about the project. At the link there are photos of what was there before and a drawing of what the building will look like when finished.
