Session teaches businesses how to work with corporate purchasers

The Midlands Minority and Women Supplier Biz Camp 101 will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. May 3 at the Omaha Home for Boys, 4343 N. 52nd St.

U.S. Bank is sponsoring the seminar to benefit the Home for Boys and Rule of Thumb for Business.

Jeff Moran, executive director of the home, said the hands-on session will show those in the north Omaha business community how to work with corporate purchasers.

The $10 fee includes a continental breakfast, with an optional sack lunch for $7.50. Consultant and trainer Beverly Browning will conduct the workshop.
