Executives from Toyota and its Lexus division presented Mickey Anderson, president of Omaha-based Performance Auto Group, the owner of Lexus of Omaha, with a Kabuto, a helmet used by ancient Japanese warriors. The helmet, which will be on display in a case at the new Lexus of Omaha dealership, is part of the traditional armor worn by Japanese samurai. A private grand opening Thursday evening celebrated the dealership’s success and the recent opening of its revamped Lexus campus at 132nd Street and West Dodge Road.
