Five Omaha metro-area shops dedicated to reusing and repurposing items are coming together for a fall shopping event.

Furniture home and accent consignment shops Posh Peacock and Keep the Piece, high-end clothing resalers Absolutely Her and Esther’s, and Pot & Ladle, which sells new and used kitchen items, will host a Fall Shop Hop Oct. 17 and 18 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Patrons receive a card to be stamped when they visit each location. Those who visit all five are entered in a drawing for the grand prize, a $25 gift certificate to each store, said Posh Peacock owner Pauline Uhing. Each shop will also host its own drawings for various items.

The participating stores’ locations: Posh Peacock, 12100 West Center Road; Esther’s, 805½ S. 75th St.; Keep the Piece, 8266 Hascall St.; Absolutely Her, 815 Tara Plaza in Papillion; and the Pot & Ladle, 8264 Hascall St.
