Omaha-based Metonic Real Estate Services, on behalf of investors, has purchased a San Antonio multifamily residential property.

The Fountains 101-unit complex, which is 98 percent occupied, adds to properties the investors already own in Texas.

Omaha-based Seldin Co. will assume management responsibilities of the complex built in 1978.
