The Men’s Wearhouse at 7767 Dodge St. is remodeling its interior and building a 2,000-square-foot addition to the store.

“We’ve been way overdue for an expansion,” said Gerry Moore, the retailer’s regional manager.

The addition is expected to be completed before Thanksgiving. The store, which has been at that location for 15 years, remains open during construction.

Men’s Wearhouse, which offers suits and other men’s clothing, shoes and accessories, operates two additional full-line stores, at Oak View Mall and in Council Bluffs, and a tuxedo-only store in Clocktower Village II, 835 N. 98th St., near West-roads Mall, Moore said.

The Dodge Street store is being remodeled to reflect the retailer’s latest concept — “darker, richer colors and a more boutique-type interior,” Moore said.

“Our hours are the same. Please excuse the mess,” he added.
