Two Lincoln-based software companies have merged in an effort to expand services to their growing client base of nonprofits.

Floor99, a cloud computing application services company, has merged with Firespring, a marketing and technology provider.

Firespring serves about 3,000 clients worldwide providing online tools such as websites, event registration and donor management. Floor99 provides nonprofits with cloud-based help desk services, document management, accounting systems and human resources management.

The companies have no overlap in services but share many of the same clients.

The combined companies will employ 115 people at the Firespring headquarters in south Lincoln.
