Membership in the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce has hit an all-time high.

The Chamber will celebrate its 1,600th member at 4 p.m. Monday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new member is Vega, a music venue in the Railyard in Lincoln’s Haymarket.

“The achievement of this record signifies the unity of the community and the commitment to making Lincoln a city to be proud of,” said Kristin Holmes, the Chamber’s Director of Membership, in a statement.
