The 20th annual Women’s Leadership Conference hosted by the Institute for Career Advancement Needs, also known as ICAN, will be April 3 and feature a global slate of speakers.
The conference aims to bring women together to share inspirational personal journeys and discuss new insight on local, national and global ideas and issues.
Keynote speakers this year will include Kathy Ireland, CEO of design and marketing company Kathy Ireland Worldwide; Dalia Mogahed, author and leading expert on Arab and Muslim societies; Tererai Trent, founder of Tinogona, which builds and repairs schools in rural Zimbabwe; and Monika Fahlbusch, senior vice president of global employee success at Salesforce.com.
More than 30,000 women have attended the Women’s Leadership Conference since it began 20 years ago, and 2,200 women are expected to attend this year.
The conference will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the CenturyLink Center Omaha.
Tickets are $2,900 for a corporate table of 10; $279 for individuals; $189 for individuals with nonprofits and small businesses of 25 employess or less; and $69 for students.
