A new hair removal clinic has opened in Omaha.

BodyBrite, owned by Micki Malone and her husband, Steve, opened in May at 14615 West Maple Road. It offers Intense Pulsed Light treatments, similar to laser hair removal, for permanent body hair removal as well as “skin rejuvenation,” an alternative to botox for the face, and oxygen facials. The business plans to open one or two additional locations in Omaha and Council Bluffs in the future, Malone said, and hired ones physician’s assistant, three nurses and an esthetician.

BodyBrite is an international franchise with more than 10 locations in the U.S. and 30 locations under development.
