I saw this license plate yesterday in Lincoln while covering the UNL College of Business Administration's breakfast discussion about Sheryl Sandberg's “Lean In.” I don't know whose it is but it fit the theme of the day. Let me know if it's yours.

And here's a fun fact that CBA Dean Donde Plowman mentioned: She is one of eight women deans at the 12 business schools in the Big Ten Conference.

Besides Plowman, the women include:

Idalene Kesner, Kelley School of Business, Indiana University

Stefanie Lenway, Eli Broad College of Business, Michigan State University

Sally Blount, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University

Christine Poon, Fisher College of Business, Ohio State

Alison Blake-Davis, Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan

Sarah Gardial, Tippie College of Business, University of Iowa

Sri Zaheer, Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota

Plowman called Blake-Davis a “personal mentor” whom she called on for advice when she was first appointed dean at UNL.

If you don't know Plowman, check out this story my colleague Steve Jordon wrote about her and her goals for the college.
