Chick-fil-A, which opened its first two standalone restaurants in the metro in October, may be looking to open more outlets in the area.

The fast-food restaurant is hosting an event Thursday night for people who are interested in operating their own franchise.

The “Information Seminar” is from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at an undisclosed location. You have to register at before they'll tell you where the event will be held.

When Chick-fil-A opened its restaurants in Papillion and Bellevue, people camped out overnight in the parking lot to be among the first to eat there, in one of the Atlanta chain's signature "First 100" events.
