Charleston's second Omaha restaurant near 76th and Dodge streets is now open.

The restaurant opened Monday, Aug. 26, proprietor Vince Fletcher said. He also opened the chain's first Omaha restaurant 14 years ago near 137th Street and West Dodge Road.

Fletcher said about 160 people were hired to staff the store, most of whom are part-time. It is open every day for lunch and dinner, serving the same menu all day.

The chain has 16 restaurants across the country, including the Omaha locations.
