The first shoppers to visit the new outlet stores at Nebraska Crossing Outlets in Gretna will be a group of more than 300 children, families and staff from Boys Town.

The group will visit the outlet shopping center from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, the day before the center officially opens for business.

When the children get off the bus, they will be given Under Armour backpacks and coupon booklets to redeem for merchandise.

The outlet mall opens to the public at 10 a.m. Friday.
