Superheroes tend to have some nifty costumes. But superheroines often have costumes that show a lot of skin and don't seem all that practical. Artist Mike Lunsford, creator of the Supernormal Step webcomic, reimagined comic book characters such as Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Vampirella and others as fully clothed (read: showing no leg or cleavage), and the resulting illustrations are pretty neat. We love “Jurassic Park,” except for those parts where people get eaten. That's kinda sad. With the movie being converted to 3-D and its re-release, the folks at Honest Trailers took a stab at the 1993 film, its (great) special effects, its (dated) technology and all the people in it, namely Jeff Goldblum. Over the years, we've seen some crazy Lego setups, from 6-foot “Lord of the Rings” sculptures to an elaborate sports stadium that seats thousands of Lego minifigures. But maybe the biggest yet is an entire alien city built by artist Mike Doyle out of more than 200,000 pieces. The 600 hours he put into the build are impressive, but it's also pretty neat to look at.
