David Hecker took an analytical approach to his decision-making when he and his wife, Melanie, moved this year from their large home in west Omaha to a downtown condo.
“We thought about it over a period of probably two years,” says David, 50. “We didn't have children living at home, and we had more space than we needed. We liked the house, but thought we needed a different place. We thought about moving to a lake, but ultimately decided that this was the lifestyle we wanted to experience.”
