LINCOLN — Nebraska’s yearly outlay to cover the full cost of attendance for scholarship athletes is in line with its Big Ten brethren.
Athletic Director Shawn Eichorst estimated the cost at about $930,000. Other Big Ten schools that recently revealed numbers ranged from $500,000 at Wisconsin and $600,000 at Iowa to $1 million each at Michigan State and Illinois.
