LINCOLN — Nebraska started its season 2-0 for the first time since 2005 by defeating Cincinnati 4-1 Sunday at the Nebraska Soccer Field.
Stacy Bartels, Sydney Miramontez, Jaycie Johnson and Samantha Areman each scored goals for the Huskers in the second half to erase a 1-0 deficit. NU beat Florida and North Carolina for its last 2-0 start.
