LINCOLN — Nebraska will have to wait a few more days to start its mid-March homestand.
The Huskers' home opener against Kansas State, originally set for Tuesday afternoon, was postponed to April 9 because the playing surface at Haymarket Park hasn't yet recovered from last weekend's frigid winter weather conditions.
