LINCOLN — Despite a late-game push, No. 23 Nebraska couldn’t overcome the two goals it conceded in the second half to No. 21 Michigan, falling 2-1 Sunday at the Nebraska Soccer Field.
The first half was scoreless, but both teams had chances. The Wolverines (9-2-1, 3-1-1) recorded the first shot of the game only 90 seconds in. The early chance set a frantic tone for game.
