A dozen citations were issued in the final weekend of Nebraskaland Days, including one for sale of alcohol to a minor for former Husker quarterback Ron Kellogg III.

Kellogg was seen by a security guard handing Jenna Torres, 19, from North Platte, a can of beer around 10:45 p.m. during the Lady Antebellum concert Friday, said Rodney Brown, spokesperson for the North Platte Police Department. The two were standing near the front of the Wild West Arena floor. Brown said officers were contacted by security guards regarding the matter.
