'You don't stay cute forever': 6th-graders dish out trick-or-treating wisdom

Like elementary students across the country, Melissa Wurth's sixth-graders are planning their Halloween night: costumes, routes, strategies.

Wurth's class at Paddock Road Elementary are seasoned pros. They've perfected their costumes, braved wind and snow, and determined how to maximize their candy intake. They agree (for the most part) that creative costumes are the most fun and that it's best to bring flashlights, friends and parents along. And make sure candy hasn't been opened or tampered with before you pig out.
