5 things The World-Herald was wrong about in 1994

Your friendly local newspaper almost always gets it right, but even a seemingly infallible institution like The World-Herald is wrong every now and then.
I'm not talking about the name misspellings or grammar errors (though those do happen sometimes). I mean the speculative stories filled with quotes by industry insiders, the "what the future may bring" features that are revealed as hilariously misguided a few years later.
