Rose Theater to host regional conference on play development

The Rose Theater, one of the nation’s largest focusing on children and families, will host a regional conference for the development of new plays Feb. 8. The workshops are being presented in collaboration with Theater for Young Audiences USA. The conference is open to the public.

Workshop sessions will include information on developing shows using puppetry, shows for students on the autism spectrum, community-based shows and conversions of Broadway musicals into family-friendly productions.
