Omaha comes to aid of local actress diagnosed with multiple sclerosis

Members of Omaha’s live-music and theater communities are coming to the aid of a friend with a fundraiser Friday night at Joslyn Castle, 3902 Davenport St.
Jill Anderson, a widely known actress and singer, suffered a neurological event Feb. 17 that affected her vision and motor skills on her right side. After two months of medical tests, Anderson, 47, recently received a definitive diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.
