Dining Notes: Second Charleston's fires up the grill

Le Bouillon, the new restaurant from chef/owner Paul Kulik and owners Mark and Vera Mercer that's taking over the former French Cafe space, is having its first dinner Nov. 20.
The dinner precedes the restaurant's actual opening; its official opening date has not been announced.
