From-scratch deli to open downtown this spring

Omahans Colin and Jessica Duggan plan to open Kitchen Table Deli downtown this spring.

Colin Duggan said the concept is a from-scratch deli, and the restaurant will bake its own bread and serve house-roasted meats. The restaurant’s focus is the downtown Omaha lunch crowd, though the Kitchen Table will stay open until 7:30 on weeknights and offer take-away dinner service, too.
