The French Bulldog's Chef Bryce Coulton is the first-ever Omaha winner of a Good Food Award.
Coulton, who makes charcuterie at the Dundee restaurant, won the award for his Hungarian salami. The awards celebrate food that is tasty, authentic and responsibly produced. The organization gives awards to American food producers and farmers each year in San Francisco. The awards are in their fourth year and have winners in ten categories: beer, charcuterie, cheese, chocolate, coffee, confections, pickles, preserves, spirits and oil.
