Charcuterie is an of-the-moment trend in a handful of Omaha restaurants. Now a master of the preservation of meat is coming to the Institute for the Culinary Arts at Metropolitan Community College.
Chef Frederic “Fritz” Sonnenschmidt will be in Omaha on April 8 to prepare lunch and dinner.
