The “Master of Scotch” is coming to Omaha.
Rick Edwards will be in Omaha Feb. 19 at the Brix in Midtown Crossing for a special scotch and food pairing. Edwards, who has traveled through Scotland studying scotch, will take diners through a series of single malt scotch, including three from Aberlour and two from Glenlivet. The drinks will be paired with small plates, including prawns, beef carpaccio, pan seared duck breast, roasted bison and chocolate pancakes. Seats are limited to 50.
