Rockbrook Village restaurant Taste has a new chef

Handmade pasta, local rabbit and other rustic Italian food will be the focus of a special dinner tonight at Dante Ristorante.
The restaurant's March wine dinner focuses on a Tuscan-inspired menu, including eggplant terrine, olive oil panna cotta (with olive oil from Cortona, Tuscany), The Meadow’s Farm Lamb ragu with pici pasta and roasted and smoked local rabbit. Pici is a thick, hand rolled Tuscan pasta.
