Tattoo artist Leon Alderette started his day with one goal in mind: He wanted to tattoo 200 people in 12 hours.

The owner of Quality Ink Tattoo and Piercing was looking for a way to bring people into his Bellevue shop. He said he contemplated giving away free steaks. But then, the idea came to him. He would give away $100 tattoos for free to celebrate the shop’s anniversary.
