Nearly ever summer weekend seems to bring another beer festival.

The Bourbon Theater in Lincoln will host a beer fest on Saturday. But this particular festival is a bit different in that it will feature beers from local breweries. Those participating are Modern Monks, Zipline Brewing, Blue Blood Brewing, Ploughshare Brewing and Empyrean Brewing Co., and they’ll offer samples of fruit beers, sour beers, barrel-aged beers and various other beers not yet available to the public.
