Bernadette Peters and Martin Short part of Omaha Symphony's new season

Stage and screen veteran Bernadette Peters and comedian Martin Short are among the names announced today as part of the 2014-15 Omaha Symphony season.

Peters, the Golden Globe and Tony Award-winning actress well-known for her roles in “Annie” and opposite Steve Martin in “The Jerk” and “Pennies from Heaven,” will join the orchestra for a pair of concerts featuring the music of Rodgers and Hammerstein and Stephen Sondheim in May 2015.
