With more than 2 dozen food records, Bellevue woman earns competitive eater title

Molly Schuyler, the upstart competitive eater from Bellevue, has qualified for a spot in the world's largest eating competition, the annual Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest.
Last weekend, Schuyler ate 31 hot dogs with buns in 10 minutes, defeating 11 challengers in a qualifying round in St. Paul, Minn. She earned a spot in the national Nathan's event on Coney Island on July 4.
