Actually, Council Bluffs does still have a book store

“I can’t believe Council Bluffs doesn’t have a bookstore.”
We’ve all heard it – or some variation of it – at least once in the last couple of years. Since Barnes & Noble Booksellers closed their Mall of the Bluffs location in 2011, Council Bluffs has been without a bricks and mortar, retail “bookstore.”
