PROVIDENCE, R.I. — For the second time in three games, a Bluejay passed the 30-point mark. And Saturday, it led to Creighton’s largest margin of victory in conference play in nearly 12 years.

Sophomore Marissa Janning’s career-high 34 points led four Bluejays in double figures as they beat Providence 97-65. Creighton (10-7) remained in first place in the Big East at 4-1, a half-game ahead of Marquette and St. John’s (3-1).
