The sophomore shortstop showed signs of snapping out of a seasonlong slump, collecting two hits Sunday in Creighton’s 8-6 win against North Dakota in front of 1,109 at TD Ameritrade Park. He finished the three-game series 7 of 12, raising his average from .132 to .193.
