PEORIA, Ill. — Creighton's smackdown of Bradley on Wednesday night set up a showdown for a championship on Saturday.
The Bluejays blew open a tight game with the kind of scoring run that hadn't been seen much in the past five weeks in rolling to an 80-62 victory in front of 7,730 at Carver Arena. Creighton outscored the Braves 19-2 in a six-minute span to build its lead from two to 19.
